Synchronised Soap Line

Our customer wanted to perfectly synchronise a packaging machine to an upstream soap press to allow high speed product transfer.

BJH Controls has extensive experience with the use of servo controlled positioning systems for special purpose machinery. Our closed loop servo positioning allowed extreme improvements in output over the previously used clutch/brake timing system.

Our customer is now able to use position control to perform such functions as variable fine depth control of drill cycles or selecting of many different movement cycles.
