Flour Delivery System

The project required automated delivery of flour from two silos to three mixers in a bakery plant, and included automatic start-up and shutdown of pneumatic conveyors to supply flour via a priority calling system. A mimic panel was used to provide indication to operators as to the status of all equipment and faults if present.

Our customer was very satisfied with the increased production and decreased overheads resulting from the automated system.
