BJH Controls is nominated as a finalist in 2009 PACE Zenith Awards

We are very pleased to announce that we have been nominated as a finalist in the Process and Control Engineering Zenith awards for 2009 in two categories.

In the Chemicals & Petrochemicals category, we were nominated for our Process Vessel Pressure Control, which uses fuzzy logic as a replacement for PID controls to dramatically reduce pressure fluctuations from 10% to 0.5% in the manufacture of inorganic chemicals, at zero hardware cost to our customer.

In the Power & Energy Management category, our Solid Fuel Boiler PLC upgrade for the timber industry resulted in significant fuel savings, improved efficiencies, reduced waste and enhanced environmental benefits for our customer.
